We may be in the midst of all things red and green, but Target already has us looking forward to lighter shades: Its spring 2020 collection is about to hit stores. Elevated versions of all the usual suspects run amok in the hundreds of new products launching: wicker baskets that double as portable storage for picnic essentials, floral-printed pillows to welcome allergy season…it’s all there, including a few of our favorite trends du jour.
Colorwise, the pale pistachio greens chosen by brands like Dulux and Dunn-Edwards for color of the year prominently feature in all the cozy textiles—consider it a low-lift way to get in on the pastel look. On the silhouette side, we’re loving the chunky, Brutalist-inspired ceramics (they’re mantel-ready) and abstract faces printed onto an Opalhouse throw pillow. Ready for a revamp of tried-and-true woven decor? Go for the dip-dyed vases. (We’re always here for a two-tone moment.)
Target is rolling out its latest home collections starting on December 22 (and keep a lookout for Chip and Jo’s line—the duo is launching furniture for the first time ever!), but we recommend bookmarking a few of the pieces in our shopping cart:
